Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Time
Once processed, orders are shipped and typically arrive within 6–12 business days, depending on your location. Please note that actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to Switzerland, Germany, Austria, and other select countries as shown at checkout.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

6. Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, you may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country. These charges are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Delayed or Lost Packages
